Jaedyn is a multi award winning tribute artist who pays tributes to Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, and Elvis Presley. His high energy and authentic performances will transport you back in time to the golden age of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
Born in Edmonton, AB in 2002, he started showing an interest in music at an early age while watching the children’s TV show, the “Wiggles.” At the age of 6, his interest shifted to the Beatles with his first stage performance at the grade 1 talent show, where he performed, “Twist and Shout”, as John Lennon. His obsession with the Beatles had him researching their history for years, and along this journey the discovery of additional artists peaked his interest. The music of the 50’s & 60’s ignited new excitement in artists like Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison and Elvis Presley.
Jaedyn really caught the Elvis bug after his guest appearance at the 2015 Blue Suede Music Festival held in Busby, Alberta. In 2016 he made history as the youngest competitor to perform in the 15th Annual Penticton Elvis Festival, placing among the top 7 finalists. SInce then he has competed and won many awards including 1st place in the Lake George Elvis Festival Non-Pro division in 2018.
Jaedyn performs regularly around Alberta and surrounding provinces for various organizations such as: Royal Canadian Legions, Lions, Rotary, Oilwives, Chambers of Commerce, various senior residencies/lodges and private parties. A particular highlight was his performance alongside Brett Kissel at W. Brett Wilson’s Annual Garden Party, a fundraiser for mental health. Charity work includes performances for The Fort McMurray Fire Relief and Cancer Fundraiser.
Jaedyn loves to perform this genre of music and loves to see the faces of his audiences as they relive the days of their youth. He is incredibly honored to keep the memory of Rock ‘n’ Roll alive.
